File Paths Manager
This is where you set the paths to the text files (as created in Notepad and saved as a text file) which are used to create articles, category lists, personal details - in fact everything you need to sign up with directories, add pen names, and then your articles themselves. But more of that later.
Take note in the image below of the little buttons with '...' - these are used to navigate to the appropriate files. The label next to each text box acts as a prompt as to which text file (title, category, article version etc) you should navigate to - stick to it, don't navigate to a resource text file when it should be a title text file etc). The only file that is not a text file is the Article sites list - which is the master list or other urls list all ready collected, as explained earlier in the help file.

Creating the text files
Please read this section carefully and understand fully before proceeding. There is a lot to learn here. Read several times if necessary!
Apart from the Articles sites list - which is the list of article site urls created earlier (the ones with the .urls extension), every other file, whether personal details, categories, titles, abstract/teaser, keywords, the various article versions, and the article resource, are ALL text files.
Create them in Notepad and save all of them in the same directory (name it something meaningfull). How you organise everything is up to you, but DO so in a logical manner. It'll make life so much easier when you come to write your second and third article.
THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - all text files, whether article paragraphs, or personal details information, should be separated by TWO carriage returns.

Delete any spaces at the end of each text file (whether personal details or articles or categories etc) by placing your cursor at the end of the very last word on the last line and pressing 'Delete' on your computer a few times. In the case above, your cursor would be placed at the bottom of the text file, after the 'n.' of John Donaldson. Then press 'Delete' on your computer keyboard a number of times. Then resave the file.

Do the same with each paragraph of your article (and all versions of it) - BUT DON'T INCLUDE A TITLE, JUST THE BODY. TITLES HAVE THEIR OWN TEXT FILE.
Hopefully the above will give you the idea of what's required with each text file. And always delete any spaces at the end!!
